  • Currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Ocean Engineering at IIT Madras. Previously, I worked as an Offshore Geotechnical Consultant at Fugro, Wallingford, UK, and prior to that, as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the University of Nottingham, UK. I earned my PhD in Geotechnical Earthquake Engineering from the University of Cambridge, UK.

  1. 2024 - Delivered an invited keynote lecture at the 3rd Indian Symposium on Offshore Geotechnics (ISOG 2024), held at NIT Surathkal, India.
  2. 2023 – ‘Co-Chaired’ a session on Pile Lateral Loads in the Society for Underwater Technology’s (SUT) 9th International Offshore Site Investigation and Geotechnics (OSIG) Conference held at Imperial College London, United Kingdom, from 12th to 14th September.
  3. 2021 – ‘Nottingham Reward Scheme’ award as a recognition for the significant work during the academic year 2020/21 from the University of Nottingham, UK.
