About Me

I graduated from Indian Institute of Technology Madras, Department of Ocean Engineering. During this time, I got DAAD short term fellowship to do my research at University of Wuppertal and couple of weeks at University of Hannover, Germany. Before that I did my bachelors in Civil Engineering at Thiagarajar college of Engineering, Madurai (1999-2003).

After completing my Ph.D., I had an industrial experience of 8 months in HRWallingford, UK. At that time, I found research is my passion, so I re-entered to research, through the Newton International fellowship with City University London as host. After completing this fellowship, I received the prestigious Alexander Von Humboldt Fellowship, Germany with Franzius Institute as host.
